I worked as contract accounting assistant fromFeb 2015- Dec 2015
Then I got 1099-misc for my work ,in box 7, the nonemployee compensation is
$8,000.
My friend suggest me to deposit $2,000 to IRA account, so, I can get tax
benefit. Do you think I can do it now ,or,it is too late?
If it is still not too late to deposit to IRA,which one do you suggest ?
SIMPLE or else?thanks

As of June 18, 2012, the visa office in New York will no longer accept
Temporary Resident Permit, Rehabilitation or Authorization to Return to
Canada applications submitted in person; the application will be returned to
the applicant. Applications sent by mail, postmarked after June 18, 2012,
and received at the visa office in New York will be returned to the
applicant.
最后一段说06/18以后邮寄的application也要退回，难道纽约领馆已经不接受visitor
visa(TRP)的申请了吗？
