我今年刚开始从OPT转成H1B. 本以为OPT是不要交税的, 后来发现我在美国已经6年了,
OPT也必须交税.所以我从今年1月~9月, 都相当于逃税了.
请问怎么补税呢? 如果不补税，有啥后果呢，将来有啥坏影响？ 我还是想把税补上,
不留问题.

“OPT是不要交税的”不make sense。凡是有美国的收入就要交美国的税。什么5年6年
只影响你是否resident。其实中国学生一般变成resident之后就更少税，不是更多。如
果符合条件用中美treaty，就学生身份每年头$5000收入免税（不是完全不要交税）；
这个无论你是nonresident或resident都一样适用。

我觉得，飞的话，入境是要查签证的。
没有合法有效的签证，不会让入境的。
