九月回国度假两周，将于9/20/2013回美（机票已定），护照上的H1B VISA stamp显示
到9/23/2013过期（去年回国的时候用当前的H1B获得的签证，回美的时候边境官在I94
上给到的日期为9/30/2013，与当前的H1B过期日一致）。
当前的H1B到9/30/2013过期，H1B的延期已经获批且已经收到新的I797，将于10/1/2013
开始生效，到9/30/2016过期。
有以下问题向大家求教：
1）这次回国需要重新签证吗？
2）如果拿现在的H1B VISA stamp入境，边境官会在I94上给多久的有效期？
换个说法，边境官给I94的有效期的依据是什么？当前的H1B过期日（9/30/2013）？延
期后的H1B过期日（9/30/2016）？还是H1B VISA stamp到期日（9/23/2013）？
CASE有点绕，请牛人指点，多谢了！

大潮的，07年7月24日。
本来以为今年怎么也拿了绿卡，结果现在看明年夏天拿到就不错了。
没有目标换工作，想找faculty不够条件，industry 不想去，所以就在学校呆着，有没
有绿卡影响也不是很大，估计老板1年之内也不会让走人。
eb1条件也不是很强，要是碰倒好的也许能过，严的就过不了，20来篇文章，150多他人
引用，5个审稿，10几个破专利（以前老板得着就申一个）
要是重申eb1, 可能还要花3-4刀吧，怪心疼得，还要重新找人写推荐信，怪烦人的。。。
大家都怎么想的？交流一下

MS gave me too many choices: win 7 pro or ultimate, or ultimate N?
which one should I install? Anyone tried the ultimate?
or should I stick with winxp 64bits? I have a lot of software that runs well
in winxp, don't know if they will run on win7? Like MSDEV Version 6.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, transfer and evaluate bio-analytical techniques for
monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins to support Process
Development.
• Assay support of Biologics Process Development activities
• Work closely with Process Development, Analytical development and
Testing, and MS&T to support analytical needs and engage in long-term
collaboration.
• Authors and reviews technical documents and protocols; follows
written scientific methods and experimental protocols, documents results,
authors and reviews summary reports.
• Run tests and trend assay performances across the Network sites.
• Review PD design of experiments and MS&T study protocols.
• Support manufacturing site investigations as required.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have
• A degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry or
a related discipline.
• MS with 3+ years or BS with 5+ years relevant experience in
Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry.
• A strong background in the areas of analytical chemistry/
biochemistry, with the emphasis on experience and in-depth working knowledge
of ELISA, CE, iCE, LC (UV/FL/CAD/MS), Western blot (1D and 2D) and Gel
Electrophoresis.
• Good computer and bioinformatics skill.
• Working knowledge of design of experiments and factorial design.
• Familiarity with upstream and downstream biologics processing.
• Ability to work with multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to work in a high paced analytical laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of cGMPs as applied to process development and scale up
.
• Development experience for both early- and late-stage molecules
is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works independently and collaborates with other groups. Deliver
results in line with project and team objectives.

I found professional is enough for most people's usage.
are you downloading from MSDN? what is Ultimate N? is that for North korea
or Northern Europe or No media play back? in any case, no reason to use
that version

这就是为什么我犹豫，你说拿着卡，如果生活没有改变，值得多花者3，5千吗？
反正能深ap,明年想回国就多花几百就解决了

想在win7里面把界面、菜单直接显示成中文的，装ultimate吧
xp mode只能在professional以上版本中安装，直接从微软网站上下个中文版的就行了
，装好直接就是中文版的xp。

not worth it. it's not just the money, it's also the time. by the time you
are ready to file and are approved, you probably are close anyway.
if you need it to change your job, etc., than that's a different story.
