Just sold my 8800gts for about $90, and desperately need to make a decision
on my next gaming video card. I'm kinda undecided between an ATI 5850 and
the newest GX470 Femi. The 5870 and 5970 won't fit in my microATX tower, so
that's no go. Anyone using these cards currently for 3D shooters (BF:BC2,
etc) care to chime in and give me some suggestions ?

还有一个是散热的问题。
小机箱，散热肯定不会好哪里去，GTX470可是200W的GPU。

前一阵的45块钱gt240挺好的。效果不要太高。剩下的钱搞个好外设去。联机打你会在
乎2AA还是4AA么？

Wonder if 5850 is longer than my old 8800gts. Anyone got the physical length
of a 5850 form factor board ?

Cooling wise it should be fine, they are all dual slot GPUs, with heat
pipe and air vent pump directly outside of the case.

Just confirmed,
8800GTS : 9 inches long
ATI 5850: 9.5 inches long
ATI 5870: 11 inches long
So, a 5850 should fit in my case fine.

关键看屁股后面是不是对着硬盘
而且8800GT好像电源就在屁股上，等于多出来一点儿尺寸
后来的卡都改在侧面了
