Our priority date is Feb 18, 2004, EB3 current since April, 2011, did two
sevice requests in May and July, this Monday talked to tier officer, he said
case was pre-adjudicated long time ago but visa was not assigned yet, ask
us to write a letter to uscis with copy of I-140, I-485 and current visa
bulletin indicated the pd is current. He said he know the pd is current but
he can't correct it for us.
We started contacting senator and congressman to assist our case, anybody
has this kind of experience before? We appreciate your advice, thanks!

六月了，莘莘学子们就要与你所朝夕相处了3年甚至6年的校园阔别了。还记得第一

过不懈奋斗名列前茅。只要你努力就一定会有收获，脚踏实地的人生最后都不会太差。
”他期望能用这些积极的案列改变我们的态度，但是这些话在现在我们这一代却收效甚
微，在这个负能量满满的时代。大家甚至都觉得灌输的什么鸡汤嘛，分明就是洗脑，喝
鸡汤也要给个勺子啊。咸鱼翻身也还是咸鱼，丑小鸭能变成白天鹅是因为他爹妈本来就
是天鹅，似乎大家更愿意相信：努力不一定会成功，但不努力一定很轻松。毕竟我们大
家都是普通人，那些奇迹也不可能会发生在我们身上。
直到快临近毕业前期晚自习，老师走进教室看着我们叽叽喳喳，玩手机的玩手
机，聊天的、嗑瓜子的，他在讲台那一头静静坐了十几分钟也没出声。大家以为老师生
气了，慢慢的就安静下来了。这时候老师开口了：“你们真的以为我每天给你们灌输心
灵鸡汤都是说给你们每个人听的吗？你们以为我会觉得用这寥寥几句话就能让你们改过
自新按照我的想法积极向上吗？不，你们错了。我把这些例子搬出来甚至分享一些涉及
到隐私的糗事都讲出来，是为了给那些我在意的孩子解渴的。是他们在一次考试没考好
陷入迷茫时的一点安慰；是在他们遇到瓶颈踌躇不安时的一盏明灯为他指明方向，是他
们骄傲自负我担心他过犹不及时的一点提醒和帮助。我愿意花这么多时间讲故事，是因
为我知道他们会成功，给他们一点信心。喝鸡汤的勺子自然是会有的。”
至于你们，我当然知道鸡汤对你们没用，只是耽误你们的时间而已，但是废物的时
间被耽误又有什么关系呢，你们是咸鱼我知道我也没想过让你们翻身。你以为丑小鸭的
故事是在说你们吗，安徒生只是想告诉你们这一群鸭子要看清自己的形势找准自己的定
位，别挡了真正天鹅的路。都是成年人了，别总把自己当主角。不要每一个故事都往自
己身上套。好了，放学走吧。”
那一天，我们才知道，真正的负能量，原来如此令人痛彻心扉。

We are looking for a postdoc with experience in radiochemistry, synthetic
organic chemistry or related discipline. Previous experience with handling
radioactive PET or SPET radiopharmaceuticals for preclinical and/or clinical
application would be an advantage, but not required. Duties will
involve the development, synthesis and
evaluation of novel PET probes labelled with short-lived positron emitting
radioisotopes(C-11,F- 18) for molecular imaging.

议员联系对话的渠道，对USCIS的压力都是你无法比的。
建议你至少联系本州的两位参议员，也至少联系本选区的众议员，先去网上填request
，一般他们的local office会联系你要材料，接下来他们就会去联系USCIS。

The following email was received at senator office this afternoon from
Congressional liaison at NSC
"Service records indicate both of the files referenced above are on a “Pre-
Adjudicate” hold shelf.  Please bear in mind that all applications and
petitions are processed in receipt date order.  The applications
referenced above were received on 8/15/07, while we acknowledge the
applications are past the processing date indicated on our website and the
visa preference category for the primary beneficiary appears to be current,
I do not have access to our inventory of pending cases so I do not know how
many applications of this type may be in line ahead of these applicants.
160; One other issue I can see is that the fingerprints for XXXare about to
expire.  Fingerprints are good for 15 months and those currently on
file for him were taken on 5/26/10.  It is my understanding that in
some cases we can update fingerprints through internal processing however
there is always the possibility that XXX may have to report to the
Application Support Center to be fingerprinted again which could slow
processing.  Aside from that there is nothing else that I can tell you
except that I see no reason why the files should not be going to an officer
some time in the near future.  If the applicants have not received
their Permanent Resident Cards, decisions or other notices of action within
the next 30 days then you will need to inquire again after that period of
time has elapsed."
Please advice if somebody has experience, I hope we are the only one case
like that

只找一个议员是不行的，但是中间最好隔一段时间。
目前的议员有没有assign一个专门的联络人给你？
其实30天的回答已经很不错了。隐含的意思是你的case基本上很快了。

这首歌去年第一次听到的时候就被感动了，张导唱得情感很细腻，当成另一个版本静静
欣赏。不知道为何很多歌里面结束都唱作jie su,not jie shu.

让我想起了暂时的暂，几乎所有的歌手都唱成站而不是赞。。。
还让我想起来酷哥的《胆小鬼》里面的胆怯，梁同学和方同学都唱的是胆却，鉴于他们
是港台人，对他们的普通话就不做过多要求了。^m^

家里现在没设备ei，可以试试本本的内置话筒，或者弄一个耳麦
