我和ld只有两张Amazon的chase的卡。2%的point，在gas，restaurant等，3%的point在
amazon。
就一张credit card好像有点太少了。所以打算每人再申请2-3张。
请问怎样组合比较好呢？
肯定要打算申请的是要买机票用的，不知道UA的chase和citi的AA，哪个bonus更大一些？
其次就是吃饭。不知道申请哪家可以在restaurant或者grocery store上拿到3%以上的
discount？
接着就是ebiz。总在网上买电子产品，所以不知道哪个卡更适合ebiz？
然后手里还有个firestone的credit card，很早之前被同学误导申请的。基本上一直不
怎么用。这个对我的credit是有影响的。所以不知道cancel掉影响大还是留着影响大？

i am asking some questions about the principle of pyrosequencing.
there are four types of deoxynucleotide triphosphates (dNTP).
each time one of them will be incorporated with the DNA strand.
but we don't know what type of nucleotide is in the DNA strand.
My question is the following.
1) Do we add all the four dNTPs to the reaction each time?
by 'each time' I mean each position of unknown nucleotide in the DNA strand.
2) or we add dATP, then dGTP, then dCTP, then dTTP each time?
3) do we need to clean the other three dNTPs each time when
one of the four dNTPs is incorporated with the DNA strand?

买机票，买电子产品都可以申请 AMEX SPG。这个卡可以把点分配到多个航空公司，有
灵活性。但确缺点是开户的bonus太少了点，不过你6个月可以用到$15000,有额外的
15000点，这样的话很划算。 UA chase的3万点也不错
你是学生吗？吃饭可以弄 citi forward
或者是cosco会员的话可以申请 AMEX cosco trueEarning
可以弄张 discover more或者chase freedom，会有5%的cashback rotate
最后你的firestone的卡如果不是你最早的信用卡，关掉影响不大。

My English may not be accurate. so I try it again.
I am asking about the principle of pyrosequencing.
1) when testing each base of sequence, are all the four dNTPs added
at the same time or sequently?
2) are the four dNTPs added to reaction each time of testing the base of
sequence or are they added to reaction just once during the whole sequencing
for all bases.
3) if the answer to the question 2 is 'each time of testing the base of
sequence', do we need to clean each time?

dATP,dCTP,dGTP,dTTP are manually added into four different catridges. During
the reaction, 4 dNTPS are sequentially added into the reaction system. The
machine will detect which one is complement with the template, then show it
up.

嗯，那上面说的那些都可以试试了
但是这些都没有特别准则的，不一定条件好就申得到，条件不好就申不到
只有试了才知道
但最好半年集中试一批

都可以尝试
但有时需要一年以上信用记录
学生卡相对好申请用起来和普通卡没啥大区别
