(1) Yes, I can open a second sharebuilder account. So I guess $76 should be
OK and I also think it is not a hard pull there. Another advantage is that
the two accounts are actually both from ING. So I can access both by loging
in once. I just verify it does work this way. You can choose the specific
account from a drug down menu.
(2) However, it is not that luck to use coupon:
1) 4 Free trade: HVC09NY

这个non-resident alien能申么？申请表上要选US Citizen或者Resident Alien，没有
NRA的选项。

I had the same situation when my balance was 0. After I transferred money

开第二个是指这个promotion开始之前就有sharebuilder account的人，不是一口气开
