腰疼去看了个中医针灸，连推拿带针灸45分钟就好了。然后跟我说不收insurance，只收
信用卡。然后说等我去过4,5次以后一起开张账单我可以去找保险公司要钱。请问这样正
常么？我能找保险公司要回钱么？他是不是为了保证我以后再去所以等很久才开一张大
账单？
其实他治疗效果还可以，可是这个事情搞得我很困惑，大家给讲讲吧。

有的州的医疗保险要求包中医针灸，有的不要求。你在哪个州啊？
如果你的保险包针灸，你要看你的针灸师是网内的还是网外的。看你说的情况，应该是
网外的。看网外的医生的报销比例会不同，有的保险可能还完全不包。你要和你的保险
公司问一下。

It depends on your insurance. Contact your insurance company to find out
if they reimburse any of the treatment you have received.
Some employers also allow you spend pre-tax money in health flexible account
on acupuncture.
For small business, it is a headache to deal with insurance company.
It is understandable that they don't want to do that. But you have the right
to ask for a receipt every time.
