结构工程师怎样回国发展？

俺没什么经验（1、2年，桥梁），现在在考PE。想回国，可是发现回国就两眼一摸黑。
好象国内不缺结构工程师，而且pay的应该比较底吧。但也知道越来越多的美国公司在
中国找项目，和当地设计院合作。想来想去不知道应该通过什么渠道打回国去。找在国
内有项目的美国公司吗，还是直接回去、从低薪作起？有经验的前辈或是见多识广的
能不能给说说，究竟回国作结构有没有搞头儿？多谢

It is hard to say. Varies a lot depending on locations and companies.
Some of my classmates got paid 200k + now in Shanghai.
But I heard it is tougher now for the new graduates.

The other thing is that the projects are much bigger compared to the jobs
here.
100M can do a huge job in china, but a medium project here.

200k is only a moderately decent annual salary in SH. If I were u, I'd
rather go to adjacent relatively small cities like Suzhou and Hangzhou, or
even smaller
ones. At there, You may get higher income and lower living expenses (e.g.,
housing).

20k/month is very common in SH
housing is very expensive in Hangzhou as well

国内的结构工程师的确很多，新毕业的不太好找工作。

一般情况下，在美国有些经验的结构工程师回国没什么特别的优势，规范不同，一些施
工实践也有差别。
最好的可能是找到一个类似“桥梁”性质的位置，即美国公司在中国作项目的协调管理
类工作，这样可以发挥你在中美两国的背景。不过说易行难，如果你确有此心，多留意
