很大的engineering consulting公司，参与世界各地有很多大型工程。很多机会，需要
各个工程专业人才。收入很好。。

what are you meaning? I seldom hear people complaining about SNC-Lavalin's
pay..

I am working here right now and qualified as a level-4 civil engineer, while
my salary is about 10k below the DOL's (Department of the Labor in Texas)
bottom line for a level-2 civil engineer (which is required by EB-2 GC
application).
SNC is the top company in the world, the guys in Canada are paid well,
especially for the oil sand projects. But we only have two branches in USA
and there are limited openings, additionally, SNC-Lavalin uses low mark-up
in US market to increase its market share w
