第11个没看懂怎么填，yes or no。 我是J1，刚申请waiver。 是应该填yes吗？
11. Have you EVER been a J nonimmigrant exchange visitor who was subject to
the 2-year foreign residence requirement and have not yet complied with that
requirement or obtained a waiver?
还有小孩3岁，要不要交i-765？

He told me he is very frustrated and would lke to leave me and go back to
China. We do not have a kid yet.
I am very sad although my job is stable and I already filed the I 140.

765不是EAD么，小孩不需要。
你如果带他回去的话，AP估计有用。

找工作是一件压力很大的事情。坚持下去，说不定会柳暗花明。多支持你的先生。

上周四几几轮面试后,HR都亲自告诉他和RECRUITER, 应该这周发OFFER,没想到周五写信
说,让这周在来一次,今天听RECRUITER说,他们公司有内部人要这个位置,估计没戏了.公
司不可能愿意额外给RECRUITER费用.命中该绝.
自从他下岗,我付出太多,他也脾气不好,我鼓励他希望他振作,可是我自己也有工作烦恼
,父母身体不好,我彻夜不眠,自己还得做手术,我身体也有问题. 我又不能向他倾诉,说
给他听,倒最后,他骂我一顿. 我都不敢交流, 但得耐心听他诉说他的不快.
特别理解那些自杀的人,那也是种解脱.
