Can you quickly explain how it works? I understand I need to search Buy-it-
now on eBay, but how do I know if it provides the cash back?

go through live.
search something
find the 20% link.
then search what you want(or u better get the item number first.)
then buy it now.(buy it now only)..
on everywhere step, u should see something like 'u will get xxx cash back'
on every page..if not..something is not correct.. go back and re-do.
...
after u make payment. u should receive a message from ebay(it will appear in
your ebay-my message).then click the link inside->msn live..log in and u
should see the pending cashback.

Cool, I see how it works now. When I click the condition link under the
cashback button, it said this:
"Cashback Rewards will be applied only to the first eligible item you commit
to buy during an Online Session."
Does that mean you can only get cash back on just one purchase? After I
bought one and try another one, I see the same cashback button there, but
hasitate to buy it as I am not sure if I can get cash back on the second
purchase...
Have anyone bought many items with one eBay login and g
