中国公司计划在美国设立分公司，公司的职能主要包括：
1. 国内产品在海外的销售
2. 海外先进技术引进回中国
3. 在海外作为控股方设立新的投资公司
公司的办公室和员工主要都在加州
这样的情况，公司应该设立在特拉华州么？还是加州为好？

去年底回国签的H1B，一年多次往返的
今年初换了公司， H1B已经transfer到了新的公司了
如果现在回国的话，还用重新去大使馆签证吗？还是可以直接用去年的这个一年多次的
H1B直接回来呢？

written. 不用太纠结，move on就行了。

for biology, there is a huge postdoc pool, which reserves many many years of
phd.
