中国经济在未来的5到8年的时间里将处于停滞的状态，面对市场大面积萎缩，低层次的
生产扩张已经是穷途末路，同时产业升级尚需时日，这青黄不接的状态相当尴尬，时间
的长短取决于产业升级或世界经济的恢复。这就是未来几年的经济基本面。
现在的状态可参照八五计划时期，80年代的依靠国内市场的生产扩张结束后，邓先富觉
得自己比较牛，想逆经济规律而行，搞了一个南巡，鼓吹胆子要大一些。经济发展跟胆
子大小有什么关系？倒是培养了一批胆子大的，如黄光裕之流。
喧嚣了几年之后，通货膨胀加剧，又不得不搞经济软着陆，留下了一批烂尾楼。
但当时与现在有一个很大的不同：国企的大量的存在，给广大老百姓提供了基本的生活
保障，日子难过一点，但社会还算稳定。现在就不一样了。
就最近政府乱发信贷的癫狂举动，我觉得胡温对经济的基本面还没有一个清醒的认识，
可能早就被此起彼伏的群

我上周寄出了税表，用USPS的Priority Mail，今天check状态，发现3月14号就显示
Arrival at Pick-Up-Point, March 14, 2010, 9:50 pm, AUSTIN, TX 73301
但是到今天还没有显示delivered。
我想问一下这样的状况应该怎么办？IRS已经收到了吗？还是需要重新file？
应该怎么和IRS联系确认他们已经收到了我的税表？
我call了USPS，建议我直接和IRS联系。

The portfolio NAV curve for first half of 2010 is attached.
For the complete Q2, my portfolio was in "indexing" mode --
basically I maintained a portfolio that consisted of 3 or
4 stocks and tried to track the index (the indexing mode
started as early as early March). Obviously it didn't
work very well at the beginning of Q2, as my stocks suffered
from big downgrades. Fortunately it stopped bleeding and
started to track the index roughly.
At this moment I do not have plan to make big adjustments

说实话，没有注意到SP500今年偷偷摸摸已经跌了8个多点了
再跌10个点也算是个熊市了
当然也可以说熊市从未结束
不过我对401K的态度还是永远满仓，不timing
