在美国一直用Iphone 3Gs。现准备回去短期探亲。请问怎么才能使这Iphone直接用国内
的SIM卡，回美国后，仍能继续用美国AT＆T的服务？我知道要先UNLOCK，再JAILBREAK
。我的问题是：
- 怎么做UNLOCK？
- 用什么软件JAILBREAK比较可靠？
- 回美国后，能继续用AT＆T的服务吗？

Possible EB-2 Priority Date Movement in the Coming Months

Following-up on his earlier observations on EB-1 demand and "spill-down" to
EB-2 reported on InfoNet on March 29, 2011 (InfoNet Doc. No. 11032960),
Charlie Oppenheim discussed scenarios for EB-2 movement in the coming months
. In preparation of the May 2011 Visa Bulletin, DOS will consider the
approximately 12,000 unused EB-1 numbers that will "spill-down" to EB-2, EB-
2 demand and possible unused numbers, and will consult with USCIS on its
processing potential. A quick look by DOS at this point indicates that there
is the possibility for greater advancement of the India EB-2 category than
had earlier been thought. Doing so will give DOS better visibility into EB-3
upgrade demand in the pipeline, and will better ensure that all visas
allowed annually are used. However, a rapid advance could spur a surge in
demand that could impact the cut-off dates later in the year. The May Visa
Bulletin, generally issued mid-April, will contain a discussion of visa
availability projections for the remainder of the year.

人民喜闻乐见的肉番「天降之物」，在剧场版上映后短短的沉寂了一段时间。不过就在
日前，本片的官方推特公布将在明年3月号的杂志《少年ACE》上发表超重大消息，小编
猜测很可能是公布TV版动画第三季，不过在日本论坛2ch上也有网友猜测将是发布OVA版
动画。

INDIAN EB3-〉EB2还不VISIBLE啊，都成蝗灾乐。
A quick look by DOS at this point indicates that there
is the possibility for greater advancement of the India EB-2 category
thanhad earlier been thought. Doing so will give DOS better visibility into
EB-3upgrade demand in the pipeline, and will better ensure that all visas
allowed annually are used.

前两个问题，需要看你的电话是不是已经解锁等等具体情况，如果你从来没有做过这类

这个和移民局批快批慢没有关系，他们能升到2类都会升的。

EB3I PD is sometime in 2002 and EB2I is 5/8/2006, all EB3I with PD earlier
than 5/8/06 already can submit 485 if they can upgrade to EB2. So why
another half year of EB2I PD advance can spur EB3I upgrade?

EB3 PD 在5/8/2006之后的也能通过升级EB2 submit了。

Compared to those EB3I before 5/8/06, those in half year later than 5/8/06 can
not be too many to be able to upgrade to EB2. Of course it will be nice to
prevent those from upgrading, but it will not be end of the world if we can
not prevent that.

不能。但是印度2类排期比3类还是快很多，如果有能力换的为什么不换？

There are EB3I, whose PDs are after 5/8/06, had EB2 Perm approved already.
To upgrade from EB3 to EB2, they might not need to wait after working for 5
years. They could get promoted or found another job in higher level. The
more the EB2I cut-off day being moved advance, the worse case for us - many
EB2I 485s jump into the line in front of those EB2C, who have PDs after 7/22
/06.
This is really a very bad news. :'(

what's the expected advancement they 'had earlier been thought ' ? any
clues ?

here's what I got from my company immigration office:
" ... but State Department officials have suggested that the EB-2
subcategory for India, which has remained unchanged for months, could
advance as early as May, with additional advancements possible for both
India and China in June or July.".
so don't expect EB2C make big movement in May.
