Is anyone in this club working on Computational Fluid Dynamics? It will be
benificial if we could share some information and experience here.

I am more on application of CFD for turbomarchinary, such as compressor and
turbine blade, transonic flow. BTW, currently, I am on fluid/structure
interaction for internal blade.
Is there anyone else in this field? I think we should have a newsgroup for
this.

No, my work is focused on patched grids. This main application is for material
processing and other laminar and turbulent heat transfer and fluid flow problems

It sounds very interesting and I am always interested in FSI but do not really
have time to do something about it...

If you have a partner in structure, it will be much easier. But I currently
work on my own.

I have no idea of patch mesh. Not in that field.
