老大能不能具体一点？关键是我要关闭一个external的东西，不是matlab自己的东西呀。
直接用close可能不行巴?

I think there should be two steps:
I am not sure how it works for matlab, I know a little about IDL. But I think
there should be some parallel functions. I illustrate in IDL
1) when you open a wondow, you may need label the window.
window, 1 ; this is to open a window 1
2) then you can close the window with a window closing command
wdelete, 1

I can think of a method by mimicing the mouse click on the "X" button of the
window. Search matlab filecentral for the mouse click. You should be able to
calculate the location (relative to root screen) of the "X" button, right?
