不完全一样
两者实现的算法也不同
MPI_Scan绝对是线性的
MPI_Reduce可用binomial tree或Rabenseifner算法实现,速度较快

Thank you, but what do you mean by 'linear'?
MPI_Scan is prefix_sum, should be very easily parallized?
