for open source solver for nonlinear programming, I suggest IPOPT, which is
included in coin-or

Cplex不可能有open source吧。

cplex只能处理quadratic，对于一般的非线性问题没办法吧
而且cplex也不便宜

hehe, we are friends and graduated from the same dept
but honestly, there are few free NLP solvers
