need to random sampling 20k from 1 million volumn data
any suggestion to do this large data processing?
I am not sure matlab or other software can handle 1 million volumn data

what do you mean by 1 million volumn data. If it's 1-dimension data with 1 1
million points. Matlab can easily handle that. and 'randsample' can do what
you what.
