请高人指点.以前在XP下该以下SECURITY LEVEL就行了,但是VISTA好象不行.
emule无法下载,pplive无法连接

要写一篇文章，老板让自己决定投哪个期刊。研究方向是mathematical modeling of
the brain.模拟一些sleep现象。他给了几个选项。
1） J. Computational Neuroscience
2) Phys Rev E
3) J. Theoretical Biology
4) Journal of the Royal society Interface
或者一个sleep Journal?或 developmental biology ?
我物理系的。
请问一般投稿时大家选期刊的标准是什么？对1,2,3,4我该怎么选择呀？其他的sleep
journal 或developmental biology有什么推荐的吗？
