well, not very satisfying
first of all, killing edie is lame. if she has to die, kill her in a
dramatic way, like the supermarket hostage situation. i even feel sorry for
Nora's death. but i didn't feel anything for edie's death. this just didn't
add to the story arc. suicide? please. hang yourself with a scarf? please.
besides i thought nicollette had a seven-year contract. if edie turned out
alive next season, it is still lame.
Bree raise Danniel's baby, DH fan sites早讨论过，也听过类似的故事，只是偶还

Edie自杀虽然夸张了一点,但是前面几集还是有所铺垫的
她越来越老,越来越怕孤独
多年来总是努力地留住男人
却没有一个男人真正爱上她
前几集就越来越觉得她的人生很可悲
现在可能自己也认识到了这一点
越来越desperate
不过自杀还是有些突然
没有渲染够她绝望的情绪

我总感觉Edie事故作玄虚．．．
回想他前几季的表现
我几乎不能相信他会自杀
我还跟我ld昨晚说
这肯定又是下的一个套儿．．．
Susan的婚礼特别的sweet
感觉很美好．．．
根Gaby的婚礼相比
Gaby的就太程序化了．．．呵呵
btw,觉得susan女儿越长越漂亮了
不是那个傻傻的女孩儿了
说道Gaby，我觉得编剧最近犯抽抽！
哪可能让Gaby大昏之日，跟前夫弄个这么戏剧化的．．．
虽然从上周
他对警察发脾气
我就觉得，编剧越拉越把她写的stupid了
不过．．．这也过了．．．
虽然之前，我曾幻想过他和前夫复婚．．．

it is not so much about whether Edie died or not. i don't like the way they
handled it. it doesn't suit Edie's personality. it doesn't add to the story
arc. it is not funny. it is not dramatic. it is out of nowhere. it is a
waste of a major character in the show. it is just a cheap plot twist to
grab viewer's attention, a desperate attempt to create some cliffhanger.
i would rather edie died, because it will look worse if she didn't die. too
soapy for me anyway. but of course there are many ways
