conan all the way, not even close. his quirkiness does it for me!
leno is still better than letterman, though, although his new show is going
down fast.

among all the late show hosts, I like david letterman the most. he has great
personality. then conan in the second, i even place leno after conan. the
only good part of leno's show is his monologue. all his other segments are
not even interesting. his interviews with his guests are boring. on the
other hand, conan is young. his show is edgy and definitely appeals to young
people like jon stewart and stephen colbert's. they have a loyal bunch of
fans among 20-40 age group. his acts are quirky, o

i like jay leno because his jokes are easy to follow, easy to laugh.
conan's jokes are not my type.

根本就不是Leno不行，在Conan之前Tonight Show一直是Top 1 at late night。自从
Conan接手，收视率下降，而Letterman一下多了2 million观众。你说这是谁的问题？
Leno Show安排在10PM会失去很多原来11:30的观众，10点大家可能还都在做别的事情。
我也是，以前天天都看，现在改到10点经常忘记。

thing seems to be because leno's new show couldn't buildup enough audience
for the local news. let's how this would play out. leno backs off? conan
jumps to another network?
