Job Description:
We are looking for case management and physicians training interns/
volunteers that are passionate, motivated, who is fluent in English and
Mandarin Chinese, and preferably with a strong medical background. Excellent
candidates would be considered for long-term positions. The positions would
be ideal for current college students or recent grads that want to get
hands-on experiences and hone their skills.
Job Title: case manager, physicians training intern
Location: 1 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA 02445
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive medical case materials from China team and translate them
, internal communication with China team
• Assist patients from China that are looking for US-based second
opinion or Overseas Treatment.
• Greet patients and direct them to the right office or locations.
• Assist physicians-training manager in mails, filing, reminder
phone calls, program coordination and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of medicine and medical terminology. Basic knowledge of computer
and data entry. Fluency of Chinese and English
Others: Training for this position will be provided.
Time Commitment: One or two days per week for a minimum of three months.
