我的第一个smooth competition# Dance - 轻舞飞扬

星期六 =)
first ever smooth competition (pro/am), will be doing open scholarship.
hopefully we will be okay. I don't even have a smooth dress, and will be
wearing someone else's dress. Unfortunately, because of my love of floats,
none of my standard gown collection is good to be used...hehehe
anyways, got to go to bed now, need to take my exam tomorrow first and then
worry about my competition... =)

Exam? I thought you graduated and started working. :)
Good luck to your comp and we look forward to your report. Photos or videos
are even better.

just got back to the hotel and we won the smooth open scholarship! So happy!
So much fun. First smooth competition went fairly well.
just a bit suprise after looking at the scruteering sheets. dancedance's
teacher (a standard coach) is the only judge that gave us 3 seconds and 1
first (waltz)....I would have thought that we would get better placements
from a standard judge......but you just never know....and his wife placed us
really well. =)

不知道为什么，从以前到现在，每次pro/am (以前是standard,现在是smooth,一共3个
老师)的tango成绩总是最差，但是每次amateru比赛(3个不同的partners)，tango成绩
总是最好......
我晕......absolutely no idea about what's going on....
any thoughts?
最早的时候，我的老师本来就是swing dances比较好，所以我也觉得挺正常的，但总不
会三个老师都这样吧，而且am/am的比赛也有三个不同的舞伴，总不会他们三个都tango
特别好......so i am confused......

我有次tango在floor几乎我都摔跤了，磕磕绊绊的好多次
结果不知道为什么我居然得到了callback
真的觉得神奇极了
