I have a friend who is going to Shanghai in a couple of days. She is very
much into dancing and wonders where she can buy those PP dance dresses at a
reasonable price. :-)
BTW, she is also wondering where she can find a good place to dance--in her
words, it would be really fun if she could actually go dancing in China. :-)

accordingly to my aunty who is in SH, there used to be a tailor place near
Cheng Huang Temple who makes custom designed ballroom dresses. But due to
the construction, that place is no longer there. My mom was just back in SH
this summer (briefly though) and wasn't able to find a place. I am sure
there is a place, it would be really nice if someone can share that info.
Or maybe it would be possible to ask around where that place used to be

你说的可能是董家渡路针织品市场。里面有一家专做舞衣的，名字不记得了。三年前
我回国的时候做过半身的standard练习裙，还可以。现在还在不在就不知道了。另外帮

上海没什么跳舞比较好的地方。外滩金陵路附近有一个，又小又黑，而且妈妈级玩晚的
比较多。凱旋門舞厅, 上海長寧區安順路96號，这个去过一次，周末早场水平高的有2
-3格。雅士达舞厅(设有国标专场)，靠近大柏树，网上听说不错，没找到。

Contact BLACKPOOL DREAM studio in shanghai.
BaiLeMen ballroom is now bankrupted and it becomes a Disco Studio. It is too
bad. There is no enough ballroom dancers in Shanghai, which I can't
understand at all. Shanghai International Dancesport Championship is also
cancelled this year.
