In this Alemana 201 post, I will talk about the body techniques required to
eventually do a proper alemana. (I will talk about mostly the techniques for
the girls as alemana is really a female figure. However, the techniques apply
to the guys as well) Don’t read this if you don’t understand what I wrote in
Alemana 101. you will need to master this do well in the silver level and to
