上次看到有人专门写文章讨论这个步子，碰巧今天看到这段视频。再次提出来
和大家讨论一下，因为这个步子我也感觉特别难。
视频中间提到两点，我不是很明白，不知道有没有达人给解释一下。
1.You will see the track is how centural through his body and the last
count of two will be danced as a spin ending to gain the sway necessary f
or the following figure.
2.We keep the volume throughout.
这里这个volume应该是指volume of the shape吧，第一次听到这种说法

volume of shape应该差不多，大概就是说女士就要弯那么多，偏那么多，头，肩什么的
整个过程保持一样。我也是猜

要是拉丁好像说trick很对，standard感觉就是该是什么就职能是什么，而只有什么什么
才是对的，所以不知道了。听不懂，哈哈。
我大学时候头次听british english的新概念英语，我以为我磁带拷错了，以为
拷的不是英语，哈哈

不过通过上个星期的郁闷，初步搞定了这个figure。

off-beat简直家常便饭
感觉waltz的beat是最弱的，而步伐的紧凑程度差异也大，难掌握 :(

我的体会是，pivots关键在于 1 和1&。
1 的时候主力腿发力，造成身体旋转，但是同时保证上身和舞伴的平行关系。 1&的时候
后脚一定要到侧面，把对方前进的通路打开。
2我觉得问题不大，跟着舞伴旋转就可以了，但是要注意旋转的轴心。
哎呀，说不太清楚啦，关键是得使劲练习啦。自己一个人转明白了，两个人转得时候
尤其注意轴心，还有先后关系。。

呵呵，我这里还有Luca & Loraine的一盘教学，也有这个步子
他俩好像说的是每次关键在于后退做pivot那个人，要有一种pull的感觉
这个跟你的感觉是一样的吧
反正我听谁讲都觉得挺有道理的，还是缺练，嘿嘿

我觉得这里其实和聊天差不多。因该用白话。就好像你见到一个中国人，他见面就是，"
这位兄台,你今年贵庚?你人长的如次玉树临风,..." 其实还不如说,"哥们,几岁了.还挺帅
的."

gee, haha you have too high standards. my oral english is better than most
students i saw, haha.
anyway, my vacabulary is not very good tho. especailly those high level words,

I was just playing on the pun (shuang1 guan1 yu3). Your thumb will get sore

pigeon english is not really chinglish because all nono-english ppl speak
englilish , call called pigeon english, as long as they are broken, mixed with
own language or whatever

Please do tell me though, what’s wrong with speaking proper English? But didn
’t I also say I’d oblige Onion by making my postings more colloquial? And on
