The Zumba dance in this vedio is not good. 我去的Zumba要比它激烈的多, 动作
也更有力度.

第一次看见，以为是hiphop。。。不过一大堆人一起扭很有劲啊

不过这个Zumba vedio不能算是Zumba的代表, 我去两个不同老师教的Zumba的课, 没有
一个象这样慢吞吞的, 而且有那么多扭来扭来的动作, 还扭的没力度.
Zumba 中有些Salsa的动作.

I tried it and didn't like it at all. It's like dancing cha cha off time and
dancing latin dances without toe leads.....and it's annoying to dance with
sneakers as they don't glide on the floor, so you have to pick your feet up
which is wrong in the latin dances. I guess, it's not good for ballroom
dancers. ;-)

ha, I don't have any problem with that, just follow the music.
Zumba is not a formal latin dance. It is all about release ourself
completly and get a overall body exercise.
I am thinking to try ballroom dance in next month or two, then I will know
what you are saying here. :)

我在youtube上找到的都是这样慢吞吞的
how long have you danced Zumba? for now, I can only dance the 慢吞吞滴 :P

agree it's about release yourselves, and get all sweaty, now I understand
why before the class the instructor gave everyone a towel...

Started from the begining of this year. 1 - 2 times a week.
You may could try some DVD.
