一个关系非常好的前老板跟我说他正考虑辞职自己干(open his own consulting
company)
如果确定的话会想叫我去.
他的背景好还有关系挺多，所以找项目应该不会太难. 他SVP级别, 主要是跟人打交道
的, 不是太hand-on的. 我是属于干活的.
想请教大家一下去不去有啥利弊
我想到的是
pro:
consulting will get to work on a lot of different and possibly interesting
projects. no need to deal with office politics. maybe a little more money?
con:
there is no career path. in company there is progression of individual
contributor -> manager -> director etc.
