I am a newbie in database and just start to work on database last week.
From my understand about SQL, it is just a language, like C, you have to
use it by another software, like borland c or visual c. Is it correct?
Do't laugh at me. I am comfued because someone told me I have to use SQL
to support 128 bit database. I can't understand what he said.
What he means?
