How to Merge two tables into one new table. All the design are exactly same

How to merge 4 columns "month","day","year","hour" in previous table into the

insert into Table_a
select * from Table_b;
the
use concatenation operater ||
select column_1 || column_2||column_3||column_4 as new_column_name
from table_name
This SQL statement is for ORACLE and ACCESS. It should be no big difference
for SQL server since it is a standard language.
