How to install Oracle9i Database options# Database - 数据库

I downloaded Oracle9i Personal Edition for Win98 from Oracle website.
After I cutomer-installed everything, I entered Database configuration
assistant, I try to create a new database with the example schemas. However,
in the step 4, every database features are grayed out, that means I didn't
install the options. I browsed the packages again and again, just can't figure
out the reason. Does anyone know where I can get the options and how to
install them?
