I used two of them and find them great.
first is Quest Qdesigner, with it you can easyly design a db and generate
code for many different kind of databases. It also can reverse engineer
an existing DB... some one in this board mentioned it before.
Another is by CA, I forgot the exact name, but that one is not as good as
Qdesigner.
there are many cracks available for Qdesigner, I feel sorry for such a great
software.
But I think it take some experience to use the full power of Qdesigner
