大家看到还有多少公司在waterfall，多少公司开始用agile？
1月上旬知道一家公司在用waterfall，而且2周就能release。
2月上旬知道另一家公司也在用waterfall，基本4周能release。
今天面试被问了。愿问题大意如下：Do you have experience in Software
Development Life Cycle?
我的回答:
1.Experience in waterfall, SDLC, and Agile....blablabla
2.All of them are good. I have observed a company still using waterfall and
can release in 2 weeks. ...blabla...It all depends on the specific
environment.
3.The most important thing is to specify the complex business problem into
detailed components...

Be patient with yourself to read a book like that, unless you've got nothing
else to do. LOL

depends on the scale of the project. On the safe side, I prefer agile. and
waterfall for each
component/stage. Too manytimes, the requirement cannot be clearly identified
until the testing phase.
Lessons been learned a lot of times in large scale projects.

正在读。很喜欢，翻译过来的语言很美，可想原著的语言应该更美。
可能需要一些耐心吧，因为情节不像一般小说一样丝丝入扣。人物非常之多，却都是立
体鲜活的。现实与童话般的场景穿插，回味无穷。
谁看了别忘了交流一下。周围的人好像读了的不多。

My understanding is that SDLC is the biggest concept about software
development;
Waterfall and Agile is smaller concepts under SDLC...

really? 当年读的时候记得计算机还没普及，应该不是看的电子书啊。
wiki了一下。
“该书的中文译本有多种，其中大陆多翻译为《百年孤独》，台湾多翻译为《百年孤寂
》，例如1984年黄锦炎、沈国正、陈泉翻译的《百年孤独》（上海译文出版社1984年版
），1995年楊耐冬翻译的《百年孤寂》”

《百年孤独》我读的是中文，很喜欢这种魔幻现实主义的作品，就是这本书太悲伤了，
纯洁的美好的东西很难在现实世界中生存，一直不忍再看第二遍。
后来又找来了同一作者的另一本小说看，《一次事先张扬的谋杀》（好像是这个名字）
，也是既荒谬又真实的感觉。
