what's your requirement?
how many files do you have? is this a one time thing or going to be a
regular process?
in SSIS you can use a vb script to get the file names for dynamic file
name process.

just want to process all the files by batch automatically. VB script sounds
too much for beginners like me. What about "OPENDATASOURCE"?

that would be a simple script, use the FILESYSTEM object to get the file,
rename it, them load the data.
SSIS is my take too.

check out FOREACH LOOP task, even no vb script is needed...
