current. However, you will have to file I824 to request consular processing.
If it is PERM-based, you may not be able to keep your PD if you leave your
country before you file an NIW-based 140, have it approved and relinked to

如果perm - based I140 批了， 回国， 但是雇主愿意继续sponsor ， 还能 保持PD

It is wrong. My understanding is that as long as PERM I-140 Apprroved. you
can go back keep your PD in your future.
And you can go back china and come back later to re-Apply PERM, and then re_
apply I-140. you need to re-apply both PERM and I140 but your PD can be
kept as your old one.

开始的理解是PD是永远可以保留的 现在看来还是问下律师比较好
