如果一个SQL query返回很多条记录
要分成多个页面显示（比如：next results）
这个有比较成熟的做法么？
还是要自己想办法把这个query拆成几个query？

Thanks for your info.
I think you should not use PD as y-axis but the difference between PD and
current date or month as y-axis.
Otherwise, it's not easy to estimate the progress of PD.

我想根本原因还是以前美国经济好的时候申请绿卡的太多了，名额不够用，加上移民局
效率低下浪费名额，导致这样的结果

如果是网页的话，如果数据结果不大的话，可以用现成的js 的Library来实现。
如果数据量比较大，实现分页话，其实sql是进行range查询,mysql 用Limit， t-sql是
用row_number 排序。plsql没用过，应该有类似的功能。 假设每页要有100个result,
下一页就在query的范围上加个100 (即从101 到200）， 下2页就 加 200.... 以此类
推来实现的。

呵呵,有些新来的同学根据目前的VB,可能会很乐观的认为,自己2008,2009甚至2010的PD
很多就到了.
其实从图可以看出,VB的日期是跳来跳去的,今天是Sep.2005,明天不知道会不会就回到0
1.2005了
所以大家要团结起来,争取自己的合法利益
