Looking for somebody who can design HTML pages. Familiar with CSS ... etc.
Requirement:
You can work from anywhere in the world, even in China.
You have to be fluent in reading/writing English. Oral English is not
required, but you need to be able to communicate on MSN freely.
If you know some basic ASP.NET/VB.NET programming, that'll be even better.
