I would like to set up the message notification to pass the information from
server to clients. It will show as pop up window on the right corner. How

client端如果是Web的话就是JavaScript
也可以用silverlight,winform,wpf在client端发布
消息传输通过WCF
server端消息响应无非是event

client端如果是Web的话就是JavaScript
