What is .NET
1. It is about services.

the idea is to think software as a service. people build, deploy,
integrate, aggregate, consume software services that are delivered over the
internet.
软件不再是分离的, 而是相互通过internet,相互支持, applications talk to
applications, software talks to software.
那么什么是services呢?
2. What is Web Services.
deliver software as a service.
以前传统的软件开发是:you use a component in your project, you go into your
project, you import a component, and it is just like that resource

我是边学边做记录. 我学习的方式是喜欢先有一个大picture,然后在分析细节.
也许我现在的理解完全不对. 分享在这里, 如果许多人可以补充, 那对我学习就最有帮
助了.

I think the key in .Net is:
1. CLR: make cross-language programming works. Reuse.
2. XML service: Make system ditributed and scalable.
3. .Net framework: a huge reusable library.
