WSDL: Web Service Description Language
goal: Allows dynamic discrovery of web sevice at runtime.
WSDL provides descriptions of methods ( along with the types required to call
them) using XML with XML schemas.
WSDL completely describes web services, the mehthods available, and various
ways of calling these methods.
The most important part of WSDL file is its type definetion part.
