does it get along with 2003 and .net 1.1?

It can import projects done with 2003.
It won't mess up your exsiting applicatins and VS. In fact I have 2003
installed and no problem.

I saw a demo some time ago, it looked very powerful and yet easy to use.

I got it expires after July 1, 2005. And it expires by account info.

Not stable yet.
I played with beta1, the one I got in one of last year's MSDN events. It crash
twice in 3 hours. :)
