刚刚收到CHASE的SAPPHIRE的INVITATION，看下TERMS觉得还不错。。。但是自己毕竟经
验浅，来MONEY版问问各位大侠，SAPPHIRE到底如何？下面是我的情况：
1.月收入不多，花的也少，不到600/月 including everything;
2.现在只有一张DISCOVER的学生卡；
3.每月有PAY IN FULL的习惯；
4.经常网购

卡是没有年费，但是也没有0 APR；好处是各项APR 低于FREEDOM的APR大概2-3%的样子；REWARD是ULTIMATE REWARDS。看了下CREDITCARDS.com的介绍，说是一张主打低APR和REWARDS的卡。
另外，刚刚看了下小册子，关于ULTIMATE REWARDS的，貌似是5000点换50块钱的样子。
。。原话是"You can get $50 cash back starting at 5000 points"

去年买房后，花费了6000多维修。包括花4000换了一个中央空调。1000多买了冰箱。但
是去年没有房租收入。请问能在schedule E 只claim 维修expense和mortgage
interest and property tax吗？
出租房换新空调是否能有300 credit?

if you pay off your debit every month, the APR means nothing to you.
it is a normal 1% card. not so good, not so bad..

It's a good card to use if you travel a lot.
btw, this card no longer have annual fee now? I applied earlier this year

不好意思我把这个帖子又提上来。
在1040 schedule e, it states:
If you did not use the unit as a home and rented out for fewer than 15 days
in 2013, do not report the rental income and do not deduct any rental
expenses. If you itemize deduction on schedule A, you can deduct allowable
interest, taxes, and casual losses.
我的出租房在2013年没有出租出去。It seems 我也许不能claim my expense on
schedule E . 不知道我理解的对不对？我是否能在明年报2014的税表的时候加上这笔
