批了可以提交140, priority day是按照140提交日期.提交了140才算排队了.

难道走eb2-perm的485按照lc提交日期? 如果那样,真是好消息了.
我听说的都是140提交日期是priority date.

My case is in Chicago. The on-line status is in-process. So I guess there is
a so-called in-process status.
