I heard the new regulation says that starting July 16, all PERM related fee
should be paid by the employer. I applied the PERM (9089) on October, but I
signed the agreement with antoney on Jan 07. Should I have to pay the legal
fee or my company pay should the fee? My antonry says I need to pay the fee.
But I think it should be paid by my company. Anyone knows? Thanks so much!
