我有master degree，但我的position以前要求 bachelor，所以我7月份交了LC(
EB3),现在还在等。现在，我们组其他同事和公司argue要求办EB2，公司最后同意了，
修改了job description，我不知道我应该怎么办？
（1）立刻和公司谈，停止EB3，开始EB2，但浪费了一些时间。
（2）等，一直到EB3 的140 approve,然后要求申请EB2，我听说这样我可以用我的EB3
的PD，但我有几个疑问：
a. 同一个公司，能否帮我申请两次LC, (EB3 and EB2)
b. 如果可以，我能不能用EB3的PD
新手，盼大家指点一下，我应该怎么办，能最节约时间，先谢谢了。

thank you for your reply.
Another question, I saw somebody others asked before, but nobody answered
clearly. that is after 140 approves, if the company can revoke the petition
? If that happens, can you still carry over the PD date when you apply for
GC in another company?

If the ex-employer revokes I-140, PD is wasted.
Also, two PERM can be filed for the same person. But I think the second PERM
can only be filed after the first PERM is approved.
