我的劳工卡去年批了，但是在file 140的时候，发现劳工部的材料中有一部分完全空白
，因此寄过去让劳工部修正，这一改不要紧，从去年六月到现在还没消息。看
起来我的律师也不知道怎么办。
请教各位有没有好的建议？

I remember reading about a case like this some where, the certified ETA9089
had blank pages. I'll see if I can find out more about this, and will keep
you posted once I get some answers.

Because of this correction, I-140 has not been filed yet. Actually the labor
certificate has already expired due to this unusual slow correction. Any
information is welcome!

hi makingliving, i couldn't find the email that mentioned blank ETA9089,
but i remember it was during DOL upgrading their system, lots of technical
problems took place, including something like yours. it wasn't long ago,
but can't remember exactly when.
