公司拖到去年（2008）才给办PERM，交上去的日期是10月。而我的H1到明年2010年10月
就满6年了，能一直renew到交140， 485么？ （走的是EB2）

no problem, as long as your perm is pending after 1 yr, or after perm is
approved

looks like your case is less than 1 year depending on when you filed the
