我是F1,有SSN，但是我现在没有工作，没收入，所以也不用交税。昨天突然收到了BOA
给我的信，说要我提供TIN（taxpayer indentification number）, 后面还附了一张W-
9表。我不明白这是什么意思。难道是因为我存的钱有点利息，这个利息要交税，所以
他们得用我的TIN？但是我现在的身份是不能有任何收入的呢，该怎么办？

be other options.
No you cannot buy them easily here. Even if you can, there are too many
issues (e.g. is the doc in China ok with the model).

recap 虽说没死,但短期内也难活.等过几年没排期了,recap也无所谓了.

那么H4持有者虽能注册公司,但不能运作公司吧?能不能通过什么"变通"就可以了?再次

I don't think CIR has ever had a chance. However not sure how recapture
bill will pass when anything related to immigration is quite controversial
nowadays.
to make recapture bill appeal to more lawmakers, they need to understand
recapture is really to a humanitarian bill rather than a job-outsource bill
since anyone going to be benefited already has a job.

就算每年有一万多的剩余名额，也要四到五年年才能把eb2变成C，之后才能轮到eb3，
如果经济又好转了，希望就彻底破灭了。

CIR就是一个JOKE,骗骗老摸选票而已.
当然CIR没戏的话,任何其他移民法通过也没戏,包括RCAP.

那天和一个知名移民律师谈，谈及EB2C的排期遥遥无期，对方确实颇为乐观。他说从05
的PERM实行，07年的大水，都算的上解决老中绿卡的实质性法规突破--05年开始申请绿
卡的同学，一般都是两年之内搞定绿卡了。如今离07大水已经3年了，该是时候再来一
次实质性突破了。
